Who we are

What we collect

• Messages you send us: your name, email address, organisation and anything you include, used to reply and to manage our relationship with you.
• Business information from public sources: company records and publicly listed business roles from official registers and company websites, used for research into Colombia’s licensed cannabis sector.
• Website usage: this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics at present. If that changes, we will update this notice.

Our lawful basis

We rely on our legitimate interests in running and developing our business, and on your consent where you choose to contact us. You can object at any time.

Sharing and retention

We don’t sell personal information. We share it only with professional advisers bound by confidentiality, or where the law requires. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, and object to or restrict its use. To make a request, email hello@cordavira.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
